Technology Company Office Manager with Accounting Experience (San Luis Obispo)

About Us - We are a technology provider of voice, data and networking hardware. We are a local corporation that has been in business since 1982. We work with government agencies such as CHP, Department of Forestry and school districts. We service small, medium and large businesses locally, statewide and interstate. We have over 1000 active clients.

General Qualifications

Be Trainable and interested in learning cutting edge technology.

Operations and Office Management “ Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to master scheduling and calendaring applications such as ACT!.

Customer Service “ Have good phone and e-mail skills. Be a good team player. Our standard is to provide Excellent customer service.

Operations “ Be able to manage work flow for field technicians.

Accounting “ Have a working knowledge of Quick Books and be trainable. Understand and have experience in Invoicing and Collections.

Benefits “ Paid vacation and personal days.

Starting Wage - $15.00 to $25.00 depending on work experience, verified by references.
