Title: Project Manager – Integrations/Marketing
Status: Full-time

OVERVIEW
This Project Manager position will have responsibilities within our Integrations Team to prepare and implement project action plans, resource plans, schedules, and assorted marketing plans. The role will coordinate a variety of client-oriented projects, including consumer audience management for marketing purposes. These projects are predominantly coordinated on behalf of independent retailers nationwide in the book and outdoor markets. The ideal candidate will be a people-person, skilled in coordinating tasks, scheduling management, project documentation, and communication tracking. The ability to understand how the larger picture is served by detailed workflows, clear communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as a deadline-driven work ethic.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Store and Brand Relationships:
Coordinate with retail and brand partners to facilitate data transfer from their respective systems to web servers
Prioritize data projects and propose solutions to roadblocks
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with prioritization and/or schedule management
Process customer contracts and terms of service
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Web Platform and Marketing Support :
Communicate benefits of online platforms by coordinating with the Marketing team to reach stores and brands with pertinent information
Increase web platform usage through training, support, and marketing initiatives
Manage and coordinate mailings on behalf of independent retailers
Coordinate and facilitate Google Ad campaigns on behalf of brands and retailers, including feedback process, production, asset delivery, deployment, and reporting to client
Project Management:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, and communications
Design project plans with clear actions and timeframes
Ensure that needs and business objectives of all stakeholders are met as projects evolve
Liaise with all stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
Serve as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
Understanding and/or experience with Google Ad campaigns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
