As you walk into the weekly staff meeting at your new job, you are excited and nervous all at once. You reviewed the notes from the previous meetings and have no idea what to expect. In the previous weeks, there was a safety carnival focusing on lab sample collection and handling, a lecture on Urology, a workshop on providing and accepting coworker feedback, and zoonotic disease trivia. It is always something new and different and you just know this is going to be unlike any other job you have ever had.
At Animal Care Clinic, a Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling, financial transactions, helping veterinarians maintain medical records, and client education. They are expected to participate in ongoing training, teaching, and self-development. Previous experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
