Richetti Water Solutions, a family-owned and operated business has been the number one service provider in residential and commercial water treatments throughout San Luis Obispo County since 1971. We live in a predominantly agriculturally based, wine country and destination-driven community where high-volume water consumption is required, and Service & Maintenance are in high demand. Thus, Richetti is looking to recruit a new member to join our team.

Client Relations Coordinator provides support to all by scheduling routine services, fielding incoming repair calls as well as new bids and contracts. This position plays a key role in customer service and team support within the office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND KEY PERSONNEL

 CARRYING OUT CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEYS AND REVIEWS

 MONITORING COMPANY PERFORMANCE AGAINST SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS AND FLAGGING POTENTIAL ISSUES.

 UPDATING THE CRM AND ENSURING TEAM IS AWARE OF CHANGES WITHIN CLIENTS

 PASSING LEADS TO THE SALES TEAM AND FOLLOWING UP ON PROGRESS

 LIASING WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE CLIENT NEEDS ARE FULFILLED

EFFECTIVELY.

 ANSWERS PHONE CALLS AND FIELDING MESSAGES

 ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH SCHEDULING NEEDS

 PROCESS PAYMENTS

 PROCESSES TECHNICIANS WORK TICKETS

 REPAIRS TECHNICIANS WORKDAY SCHEDULE AND DOCUMENTS.

 WORKS WITH SALES TO ENSURE MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE AND ADJUSTS THE SCHEDULE WHEN NECESSARY.

 MANAGES COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

 STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH CUSTOMERS

 PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE AND AN ORGANISED APPROACH TO WORK

 HARDWORKING WITH STRONG WORK ETHIC

 PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER OR A TRACK RECORD OF MANAGING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

 WILLINGNESS TO LEARN WATER INDUSTRY AND CLIENTS NEEDS

 ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN WRITTEN ND VERBAL FORMS

 ABILITY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS WITH PATIENCE AND PERSISTENCE
