Department and Firm Overview

At GTA, the Project Coordination, Management and Expediting staff work with our Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Staff on a vast array of projects in, both, the public and private sectors. Projects range from verifying and reporting on residential zoning, use and development potential of potential project sites to larger-scale site reconnaissance and investigation review and processing local agency and environmental agency applications and permits.

Presently, the Project Coordination and Management Team (PCM-Team) operates within GTA's Civil Engineering Department. For this position, however, GTA intends to give the right candidate the opportunity to grow the PCM Team into his or her own department.

Although the firm has been engaged in Civil Engineering and Land Planning on the Central Coast since the 1960s, we are an energetic and innovative group of problem solvers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Relentlessly, we seek to identify and implement the optimal blend of tried and true problem solving methodologies and the latest technological advances to succeed in fulfilling project objectives.

GTA is a leader in engineering, surveying, and planning on California's Central Coast. We serve commercial and residential development clients, public agencies, schools, hospitals and agriculture.
