Facilities Manager

Under the direction of the AVP Facilities, the Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing staff, arranging office moves, managing janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Some of the Responsibilities are;

Coordinate and manage, with AVP Facilities, all facilities activities and projects

Assist in the management and allocation of personnel and fiscal resources

Manage and coordinate facility-related projects and activities

Conduct and document regular facilities and equipment inspections/audits

Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary

Oversee facility landscaping, janitorial services, banking equipment functions, utility services, etc.

Manage internal and external maintenance and technical personnel

Assist in managing commercial leases and property management

Engage in various contract-related activities

Evaluate costs for products and services to maximize cost-effectiveness

Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives

Some of the Requirements are;

Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities Management and/or Project Management, with high emphasis in vendor relationships.

High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associate Degree in a related field, preferred

Certifications in project management and/or facilities management preferred

Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the Credit Union, as well as vendors

Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain strictest confidentiality

Ability to promote, maintain a positive image of the Credit Union to employees, vendors and members

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and a variety of office equipment and machines

Ability to be bonded

25% to 50% Travel
