An elegant rustic yet casual restaurant in Pismo Beach is looking for an experienced line cook. Need to have an open availability. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A LINE COOK. Pizza oven experience a plus.
We pride ourselves in providing globally inspired / locally sourced tapas. We change items on our menu every 4 weeks which provides the experienced line cook an opportunity to create new dishes.
We provide a competitive wage based on demonstrated experience.
Line cook responsibilities include:
Set up and stock stations
Prepare food for service
Consistency in food presentation
Close line
Stock and rotate inventory appropriately
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Attends all scheduled employee meetings
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ line cook experience with sauté, grill, and pantry
Must be available evenings and weekends
Must have food handlers permit
