Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to restaurant and hotel guests
Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
Courteously take guest orders at the counter / bar area, enter into POS and complete payment while make recommendations, up selling. Adhere to all Cash Handling and accounting procedures
Run food and beverages to guest tables, check-in with and monitor guests' experience throughout their visit to ensure guest satisfaction.
