Busy take-out/dine-in restaurant located in downtown San Luis Obispo. We are looking to hire: PIZZA COOK that brings a smile to work every day and has a great attitude with exceptional and QUALITY pizzas.
Qualifications:
-Restaurant and Food Experience at least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
-Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
-Strong leadership skills
-Food Prep and Kitchen Experience
-Customer Service Experience
-Strong ability to communicate effectively with both customers and employees in a positive way
-Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others in closing the kitchen.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule:
Thursday 12-5
Friday 12-5
Saturday 10-5
Sunday 10-5
Expected Skills:
-Rolling-out Dough
-Knead Dough
-Pizza knowledge
-Top a large pepperoni in under 60 seconds
