Sweet Zulu Bakeshop in Paso Robles is looking to hire experienced Servers and Baristas. Our shop is dedicated to creating signature sandwiches, fresh and colorful salads, hearty breakfasts, and decadent desserts. We pride ourselves in our products because we use the highest quality ingredients we can get.
We provide breakfast, lunch and sweet treats.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment among driven, enthusiastic people.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of food items, sides, sauces, and dressings.
Optimal menu knowledge in order to execute food dishes in a timely manner.
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and work space.
Follow safety and sanitary guidelines defined by SLO county and the state of California.
Must go above and beyond in serving customers and providing friendly customer service.
Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Have the ability and willingness to learn.
Ability to safely use and care for kitchen equipment and cutlery.
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Assist other team members as needed.
Must be able to work around heat and high temperatures.
Licenses:
Food Handler card.
