Resident Services Assistant
Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Compensation: $3,044 - $3,700/month ($17.56 - $21.35/hour) commensurate with experience

Under the general direction of the Resident Services Director; the Resident Services Assistant performs moderately complex office, administrative and services work. Duties include support of assigned staff in the Resident Services program, a high volume of public contact, preparation and facilitation of public outreach programs, report preparation and record keeping.
The ideal candidate will be committed to the mission of affordable housing; possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; be detail oriented and thrive in a high paced environment.
