We are constantly growing and now seeking aÂfull time or part timeÂCertified Home Health Aide (HHA)Âto join our team covering San Luis Obispo and 5 Cities area.The HHA is part of the interdisciplinary team who performs various services forÂpatients as necessary to meet the patients personal needs and to promote comfort. TheÂHHA is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed toÂpromote quality, continuity and safety of a patients care.
