Associated Surgeons of San Luis Obispo has an immediate opening for a full-time Clinical Supervisor, Medical Assistant.
We are looking for someone to add to our amazing, high volume, fast paced team! We offer competitive pay, a generous benefits package and a 401(k) retirement plan. This Position is 3 days in our San Luis Obispo Office and 2 days in our Pismo Beach office.

Oversee Work Standards
Orders tracking maintenance ALL Physicians
Recall Maintenance
MIPS enforcement/training
Organize Charts
Help with Orders
Floor manager
Supervise Write Ups
Back Up Medical Assistant
As a Medical Assistant:
Assist Doctor and Chaperone as needed
Enter PFSH information
Prepare and maintain consent forms
Answer phone calls from patients
Greet patients and take vitals
Sterilize instruments after procedures
Prepare and clean rooms daily
Order medical supplies
Maintain orders tracking system
Coordinate Appointments
Confirm and verify insurance for procedures
Scan records, test results, referrals, etc. into charts
Requirements:
3 years Clinical Medical Assisting required.
Must be experienced in surgical procedures
Must be Proficient in electronic medical record keeping
Must have knowledge of insurance plans and authorization processes
Excellent customer service skills
Organized

Strong computer skills will ability to pick-up and learn new systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
