A local growing retail chain is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team!
Hours are M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Excellent benefits package offered once hired by client company.
Duties include assisting with:
- Recruiting and onboarding
- Scheduling meetings and interviews
- New hire paperwork and training
- Reporting and tracking of 330+ employees
- Employee appreciation programs
- Staying up-to-date with HR best practices
- Other administrative HR duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an HR professional
- Highly proficient with MS Office programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail
