Beautiful Ragged Point Inn and Resort, located approximately 14 miles North of Hearst Castle on the Big Sur Coast, is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Human Resources Director.
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the Human Resource functions in the Inns continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest services in addition to managing the propertys alcohol inventory.
The ideal candidate will have Human Resources experience and can professionally handle sensitive and confidential information. We are seeking a person with a pro-active mindset and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
HR Duties and responsibilities will include:
Oversee recruiting, screening and selection of new employees
New employee processing
Benefits administration
Mandatory and compliance training
Complete and accurate record keeping
Maintain compliance with California Employment Laws
Inventory Management duties and responsibilities will include:
Daily inventory count
Ordering, receiving and restocking
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years prior HR experience
Bilingual, English / Spanish preferred, but not essential
Pay is dependent upon experience and will include a daily fuel stipend.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
