We currently have a wonderful opportunity for a talented Recruiter for a growing technology company . This position will work closely with Hiring Managers to achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, recruiting and evaluating top talent. This opening is based in the San Luis Obispo, California area and is a long-term temporary opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, interview and negotiate offers to qualified applicants
- Arrange and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Consistently network through industry contacts, university relations, association memberships, trade groups, among other sources, to maximize recruitment resources and opportunities for the company
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Utilize social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
