Seeking an experienced individual to manage the construction of a subdivision(s) of residential homes from start to finish in King City, CA. We are a longtime home-builder with excellent reputation in Monterey County.
Construction administration experience is necessary, along with the skills to build and maintain subcontractor and customer relationships. Project Managers are to provide all necessary direction to staff, manage project schedules, task management, and technical support. Other responsibilities will include coordinating resources and consultants, and monitoring project schedules and budgets to ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget. Knowledge of SWPP and HERS regulations a plus.
Related work experience should include labor and material take off, estimating and project management. Applicant must be organized and a team player with an ability to foster positive and productive working relationships.
