Looking for a skilled and hardworking individual, to help keep up on a wide array of work orders associated with maintaining an apartment complex and other properties throughout North County (Mostly Atascadero).

We are a growing property management company in Atascadero who manage several large apartment complexes and
properties mostly in North County and we are looking to add the right person to our team.
What You'll Need:
- Reliable transportation
- Basic tools
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Pay: $20-$30: Based on experience, with preference given to finish carpentry &/or plumbing experience.
