Roofer Wanted for Small Job

I need a certified roofer to do some patch work on the roof of a two story building. You must be certified and provide references, I do not want anyone not familiar and comfortable with being on a roof to be up there. The job is to simply patch areas where shingles have blown off or have been uplifted by wind.You must provide a ladder, I will provide the material.
