About the Position:
We are looking for an energetic, positive individual for a full-time position as the Warehouse Assistant at our warehouse in San Luis Obispo.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for accurately restocking inventory, maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness, and assisting, both routinely and as directed, with maintaining other properties.
- Stocking, at least daily and as needed, picking shelves
- Product kits and sets assembly
- Maintains shipping, warehouse, and office supplies including, without being limited to boxes, tape, labels, and paper
- Continuously maintaining and cleaning warehouse interior, including at least daily floor sweeping and disposing of cardboard as well as weekly dusting/vacuuming/mopping and other activities as needed to keep the warehouse persistently in a clean and orderly state
- Ongoing maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse exterior, including at least weekly grounds care activities such as gardening, weeding, and blowing leaves as well as dusting window ledges, lights and other surfaces, rolling hoses and other activities as needed to keep the warehouse exterior persistently in a clean, orderly, and well-maintained state
- Provide at least weekly exterior maintenance at other locations as directed to help each location appear clean, orderly, and well-maintained
- Assist each quarter and as requested with inventory counts
- Other duties as requested
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in a warehouse type environment preferred but not required. Typing and 10-key skills. Valid California Driver’s License. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Able to effectively work both independently and in team environments. Demonstrated common sense understanding of carrying out written, oral, or diagram instructions.
