The law firm of Adamski Moroski Madden Cumberland & Green is seeking a part-time receptionist to cover the front desk in the mornings from 8:00 to 11:30. Our office is in a beautiful location in Avila Beach by the Bob Jones Bike Trail and the Avila Bay Athletic Club.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer multi-line phone system
Data entry
Scan and distribute incoming documents and correspondence
Log deliveries
Schedule conference rooms
Special projects as needed
Ideal candidate must be a good communicator, friendly, detail-oriented, and be proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word. Familiarity with Excel is a plus.
