MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Great phone demeanor and professionalism. Ability to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly. Must be somewhat technology savvy. Other qualifications include:

Possesses a strong attention to detail

Bachelors Degree or similar experience

Extremely Organized and punctual

Able to think quickly on their feet and respond to customers

Great computer skills and written skills

Ability to function under pressure

Ability to achieve and maintain individual goals

Exercises great team work and enthusiasm

Executes excellent communication and listening skills

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal rapport

Cold calling experience a plus

Ability to work individually with minimal supervision

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROMOTIONS

 Brand Management

 Promotion program management to include Content Marketing experience and content creation.

 Manage Social Media presence:

o Facebook, Web Site, Press Releases, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.

 Email campaigns

 Magazine ads

 Brochures and product literature

 Website design and maintenance

 Creative design for promotion projects

 Video creation for content marketing program

 Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud programs including Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 Answer Phones “

 Triage incoming calls “ sort by product “ follow diagnostic algorithms, escalate as appropriate

 Data Entry and customer contact info management “ Mailing and Email Lists

 Contact customers for feedback and testimonials

 Follow up calls and Emails to customers to evaluate success of Customer Service / Tech Support activities.

 Assist with office filing and documentation

 Assist with Shipping and Receiving.

 Assist with design and production of promotional materials

 Assist with management and sales of product warranties and service/support contracts.

 Reconcile Purchase Orders with Vendor invoices

INSIDE SALES “ Responsible to know entire product lines

New outbound lead generation and sales

Follow up with prospects in the system that may have fallen off of the radar

Management of on-line sales;

Manage new leads, customer data input and research (web sites, Facebook, etc.).

Schedule Lead Follow ups

Support outside sales reps with product and literature requests, make follow up calls, and advance calls.

Assist with/create preparation of Sales Quotes

Respond to web inquiries

Assist with government and academic institution bids

Online Web demonstrations for prospects

Assist with Sale Rep inventory movement and proper input of data in to Inventory Program. Damage documentation.

Deliver tracking information to customer, arrange welcome letter and training sessions, feedback follow up. Submit delivery reports for warranty initiation
