OVERVIEW
As the Digital Marketing Analyst, you will work closely with the VP of Digital Strategy and the Senior Digital Analyst to execute campaigns, funnel development, optimization strategy, analysis and reporting for our clients. You will be expected to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns, analyze data, make recommendations, and create custom reports for our clients. The ideal candidate enjoys the fast-paced and changing world of digital marketing, isnt afraid to try new things, and works well in a collaborative team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Digital Marketing Analyst, you will assist in the day-to-day execution of Social Media, Email, Google Ads and Lead-Generation marketing campaigns, including feedback process, segmentation, production, asset delivery, and deployment
Work with our Senior Analyst to ensure timely and accurate campaign deployment
Weekly campaign reporting and customized reporting on an as-needed basis as requested by client
Email reporting and analysis
Utilize reporting tools to create reports and interpret data
Analyze campaign performance vs. goals and share insights and recommendations
Develop Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad campaigns encompassing account structure optimization, audience and keyword targeting, bidding, and optimization
Campaign optimization; set audience exclusions, optimize bidding strategies (campaign, devices and formats: ad set, device, location, etc.) revise copy based on top performing variations, run a/b tests
Work with clients to load and test pixels on websites to measure traffic and conversions. Confirm tracking and optimization funnel is in place
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Data-driven critical thinker with high proficiency in Excel combined with strong analytical skills and accuracy
Assertive problem solver
Highly organized and detail oriented
Able to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Interest in online advertising technologies
Candidate should have solid understanding of online ad serving technologies and ad campaigns including ad units, banner delivery, and digital media products
Experience targeting specific goals, focused metrics and KPIs when setting strategy
Experience with Unbounce, Zapier, MailChimp and Improvely a plus
