We are a growing health and wellness company in search of a Marketing Assistant to support our tech department. The Marketing Assistant will support existing clients, as well as promote products and services. This position is located in the Santa Barbara, California area.
What we are looking for:
- Create and send emails, including support notices, newsletters, and product and service announcements
- Develop and update marketing material used for sales campaigns and company events
- Help coordinate public events, including setting up and managing the registration process, coordinating internal assignments, and facilitating travel arrangements for employees and guest speakers at public events
- Update and maintain customer contact and account information
- Manage website content
- Provide administrative support, as necessary
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience working in a marketing role
- Proficient in Adobe Suite and/or InDesign
- Excellent communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Access
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail
