POSITION:
Guitar Buffer
SCHEDULE:
Full Time: Monday - Thursday, 7AM to 5:30PM.
DUTIES:
Ernie Ball is looking for talented and dedicated individuals with good attendance and a great work ethic.
Operate buffing machines to polish musical instrument components to a high gloss finish.
Operate buffing wheels, and use all tools and compounds as directed.
Sand musical instruments or other items to prepare for buffing.
Keep the work area neat and clean.
Lift and carry various items.
Perform quality work with efficient timing.
Perform work in both standing and sitting positions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Preferably applicants have experience detailing and working with buffing tools and/or hand sanders.
A keen eye for detail
Good oral and written communication skills
Team-player who can also work independently
