Small business owner seeking highly motivated, detail oriented individual to manage bookkeeping, invoicing and

general office administrative duties. This position is part- time (approximately 6-10 week ), with flexibility around scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills :

proficient in QuickBooks

Strong attention to detail

Sound financial acumen

Must be dependable

Self-start, works well independently

Has a pleasant, Professional attitude

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Customers invoicing

Accounts payable &Accounts receivable

Bank reconciliation

Monthly/Quarterly sale tax

Collections of delinquent accounts

Other duties as assigned
