The Fence Factory in Atascadero is looking for a full time Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for making sure all office procedures are maintained, organized and completed on time. We're looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats!
Hours are flexible, Monday through Friday
Applicant should possess the following Minimum Qualifications:
Phone skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Payroll
Taking and processing work orders
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Filing/Attention to detail
Customer service skills
Data entry
