Local Arroyo Grande company is seeking a full time office assistant with experience in graphic arts to work in our busy, yet fun, relaxed work environment.
Ideal candidate must have the following:
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw or equivalent
Knowledge of office systems and procedures
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in Word, Excel (MS Office)
Experience with Quickbooks is not mandatory but would be beneficial as you will be using this accounting system for order entry.
Job duties include but are not limited to creating new art files and converting dxf files for use in CNC laser/plasma cutters, rendering mockups of virtual products to present to potential clients, website work, processing sales orders, shipping packages through FedEx and common carrier, answering phones and transferring calls, fielding general customer service inquiries.
