We are a boutique, interior design firm with a close-knit team of talented professionals who are passionate about our work and our community. We are looking for an individual that fits well with our team and would enjoy jumping in and helping anyone in the office to get any job done.

We are looking for someone that is

Positive, friendly and acts professional in a front office position.

Extremely organized and self reliant on projects.

Confident in themselves and flexible with changes in daily responsibilities.

Is good with a "No job is too small" attitude.

In love with dogs. There are 2 labrador retrievers that come to work with the owner.

Some of your responsibilities will be

Answering the phones, greeting clients and reps.

Setting up rep meetings with the team.

Receiving all deliveries, checking them in, distributing to team member and cleaning up all trash from deliveries.

Keeping the office neat and organized. This includes keeping the materials library in order and returning all samples as well as watering the plants and ordering office supplies.

Running any errand that needs to be done for the team. This could include taking a delivery to a job site to walking the office dogs.

Qualifications:

Have worked in an office environment previously with at least 1 year experience.

Must have a reliable car

Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.

Must know how to use Excel.

This is a part time job. We are somewhat flexible on hours but the perfect time would be Monday through Thursday from 9am to 2pm. We deal with the East Coast daily so morning hours need to be part of your day.
