This key position in our psychiatric office is responsible for greeting and checking patients in and out of the office. Includes opening the office every morning, collecting updated insurance information, informing patients of their financial liabilities, collecting co-pays, taking vital signs, and maintaining the front office operations by following the policies and procedures of each of our providers' protocols. Chart preparation and knowledge of how third party payers and insurance works is also part of this position.
Requires at least 2 years of medical office experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, being able to multitask, handle a fast-paced environment and excellent customer service experience. Are you our next person to join our team?
