SUMMARY
The Quality Control (QC) Administrator is an entry-level administrative role at Pearce that performs critical quality control and administrative functions to support the field services operations team.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing and quality control of daily work reports for payroll and billing
Work with field technicians to ensure accurate completion of daily work reports
Maintaining the database of record and electronic files
Auditing time records to ensure accuracy of payroll, including overtime/double-time calculation
Preparing close-out packages for customers
Other admin duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS
1 or more years of Billing Administrative background (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
General technical proficiency
Keyboard and 10-key proficiency
Problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Grammar and communication skills
