The Regulatory Compliance Specialist/ Data Analyst and is responsible for compliance with state and county regulatory systems, health and safety compliance, helping and creating organization and work-flow strategies, data entry, project management, and other misc. tasks as assigned. Previous experience is not necessary in all aspects of the position. Candidate will be trained in specific regulatory tasks.

Reporting to the Report Manager and serving as a member of the Research & Development team, this position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness for record keeping for Local, State and Federal compliance with pesticide/chemical usage regulations. Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining health and safety records as well as assist with the company's reporting functions.

Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and of organizational strategies and practices. This position will also interact with operations, HR, and finance departments.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Regulatory Compliance for all State, Local and Federal entities to keep our research group in good standing.

Research Authorizations (RA), Notice of Intents (NOI), Crop Destructs (ETR), Close out of RA (Year End), APHIS Permit Log, Fumigation (FMP), Pesticide Use Reports (PUR)

Organize regulatory functions, including form submittal and scheduling

Interact with field technicians and biologists for data interpretation and summarization

Manage the occupational health and safety record keeping and organize training as needed

Support to reporting team to creating charts and graphs for report statistics, using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Keeping our Permits for County and State entities current

Record keeping for new trials

Closing out of all Regulatory reporting forms

Other duties as needed (i.e. redundancies for office tasks like weather, mapping)

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Statistical analysis familiarity

Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

Self-directed and open to performance evaluations
