Job Description
Assist sales representatives with detailed customer orders via phone and email
Ability to answer customer calls efficiently, take messages, resolve questions
With attention to detail, preparation of customer invoices, returns and promotions
Welcome guests and provide information as needed
Monitor current and future orders for specialized requests
Maintain status updates of backorders
Provide attention and personal quality to online and phone shopping experience
Learn seasonal clothing lines to assist with customer decisions
Informing operations of extraordinary orders requiring additional purchasing or allocation requirements
Be responsible for office, keeping department workflow steady and prepared for each day
Offer excellent customer service to your team members, which may include cross training in separate departments, assisting in warehouse, marketing or other operations
Keep the work area and sales office organized and professional, paperwork orderly, questions clearly documented
Scanning and copying daily invoices
Preparing file labels, labeling storage items, counting inventory
Punctual attendance and coordination with co-workers for breaks, lunches and time off
Complete daily and weekly filing, replenish office supplies,
Required Skills
Prioritizing daily and weekly responsibilities based on sales schedules and events
Professional written and verbal communication
Know full suite of Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, Word
Ability to learn unique software programs for fulfillment and delivery systems
Flexible with daily tasks based on needs of company and events
The number of years of experience is not as important as the willingness to learn, ask questions and maintain a proactive and positive attitude
