Grade Potential Tutoring is seeking a few more full time Client Service Managers (Inside Sales)
We have 5 available shifts to choose from that start at 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 8:45am, and 10:00am, and then working a normal 8 hour work day, all with a 1 hour lunch.
We are offering a base salary of $30,00 per year PLUS Monthly Commissions (expected earnings for a Manager of Client Services are $40,000-$55,000 per year), $125 per month towards any health insurance plan, and 3-6 weeks of paid time off. Outstanding Team Members can be promoted to "Senior Manager of Client Services" where earning potential is significantly greater.
The Manager of Client Services is responsible for talking with prospective clients who call in to learn about our services, educating them on our process, and then SIGNING THEM UP! This is an inside sales job, but there is ZERO COLD CALLING! All prospects call in to our office to learn more.
Our office is very fast paced and so applicants must feel comfortable in an environment with a lot going on around them! An upbeat and positive attitude is a must! We are a fun and upbeat office with a positive attitude and we are REALLY busy
