Looking for a local web guy/gal to help with website. Small projects to start, large to follow.

We are transferring the website to another server but these are the basics, current web developer put us onto this technology, nothing I can do about it now.
Please contact me if you are indeed able to meet physically, not merely online, not merely by phone. A firm is fine or the "lone wolf" variety programmer. Not someone who depends on platforms but loves to program from scratch, a blank "sheet", old-school type. Irreverence is appreciate. Attitude, cool, too. Just be the best or think you are. Self taught or in school to learn is fine. Current student at Cal Poly or Cuesta is great. I value someone self taught equally because they tend to be the hard to find geniuses we've had before.
Self taught mavericks fit in well.
