Anytime Fitness Nipomo is seeking Certified Personal Trainers to join our team! AF Nipomo is first and foremost a coaching club and that is reflected in the opportunities we give our trainers. When you are successful, we are successful, so our coaches can expect a plethora of support and resources from their management team.
The ideal candidate is a self starter and is committed to health and fitness. At AF Nipomo, our trainers' main goal is to help our members make healthy happen. You will do this by scheduling and servicing Fitness Consultations with members, curating and coaching personalized programming for 1-on-1 clients, leading team training, and supporting all of our members. Above all, our personal trainers are expected to deliver a surprisingly personal customer experience by creating a positive and supportive culture in the club and getting to know our members.
Responsibilities:
Perform Fitness Consultations and convert 1-on-1 training clientele
Instruct groups of individuals in Team Training
Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
Demonstrate proper form and technique
Curate and coach specialized training programs for 1-on-1 clients
Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun
Qualifications:
Must hold a nationally (preferably NCCA) recognized Personal Trainer Certification
CPR/AED Certified
Ability to scale training to a variety of fitness levels
Passion for health and fitness
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Motivated Team Player
MUST be available Saturdays
Bi-Lingual a plus but not required
Compensation:
We pay hourly based on service performed, including non-service hours. Commission is earned for Training Package Sales
All new coaches start Part-Time 15-25 hours per week with an opportunity to move into full time based on performance and scheduling availability.
We also have opportunity for on-going education and CEC/CEU fulfillment
