We are currently hiring two Foreman for our full-service Grading and Excavating Company
Looking for individuals who want to grow with an expanding company
Locally Owned and Operated Business with more than 10+ years
Business minded individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with the company
Must have CA drivers license and reliable transportation to work
Operate and skillfully maneuver Heavy Equipment (Dozers, Loaders, skid steer, skip loader, Compactors, Excavators.
Minimum 5 years of experience in running equipment.
Fully comprehend site plans and interpretations
Manage crew and work well with others
Be able to run a job on site
Utilize the appropriate and/or assigned construction machinery to safely, efficiently and productively excavate, move and grade soils in accordance with the defined parameters
Convey information to supervisors and co-workers effectively
Be aware of surroundings near the equipment to maintain safe operation and distances from potential hazards such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects.
Must be on time daily hours are M-F 7am-4pm
