We are a local family owned landscaping business looking for foreman, technicians and laborers to join our team. Snyder and Sons Landscapes has been operating for over 10 years and we are currently looking to grow our work force. We will train you and provide all the tools and equipment you need. All positions should be able to lift at least 30lbs, understand and abide by company policies, be able to preform the physical requirements for landscaping and have a "can do" attitude.
We are looking for the following positions:
Maintenance Foreman/Driver
Maintenance Laborers
Responsibilities:
- Strong leadership/communication skills
- Purchase and organize materials
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues
- Adhere to safety protocols
- Self motivated
- Ensure the highest quality of workmanship and attention to detail
Foreman Qualifications:
- Proven landscape experience
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position
