Senior System Engineer: M365 Sacramento, CA Full Time/Direct Hire Job Description Our Client has an immediate opening for an experienced IT professional that will be a good fit with our team. We are looking for an energetic person who enjoys a challenge and being surrounded by extraordinary team members. This person will join our Professional Services team as a Senior Systems Engineer. The position provides services to our clients related to, but not limited to, Azure, Microsoft 365 (Office Apps (Outlook/Word/Excel), Cloud Apps (SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive)), Windows 10, and Active Directory. Other areas of expertise that we provide to our clients that may be needed in the future or would be provided as an opportunity for the right candidate to grow into are VMware virtualization technologies, Microsoft System Center technologies, Hyperconverged technologies, conventional and All Flash storage array technologies, and network and firewall technologies. The position will be located in Sacramento, Ca with primary work hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. During the current Shelter in Place in California, work will primarily be performed remote, but due to the essential nature of this position, onsite work may be needed before the SIP lifts. While not a primary part of the services we offer, occasional on-call, travel, and after-hours services may be required as part of the position.

Skills and Abilities Required • Experience planning, implementing, and supporting cost effective and secure Microsoft Azure IaaS solutions • Experience planning, implementing and supporting Microsoft Endpoint and Collaboration tools that includes Intune, Teams, SharePoint • Experience planning, implementing, and supporting Azure Active Directory • Experience planning, implementing and supporting Office 365 solutions • Prior consulting experience is a must • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment • Effective skills in task prioritization and time management • Ability to quickly and accurately diagnosis technical issues • Strong presentation and documentation skills Preferred • Experience with additional Azure and Microsoft 365 features, such as SSO integration with SaaS applications, MFA, Conditional Access, and Azure SQL • Windows 10 deployment with Autopilot • Experience planning, implementing and supporting Microsoft Intune MAM solutions • Experience implementing and troubleshooting Azure ExpressRoute • Prior experience working on Local or State Government projects • Consolidation, decommission and migration planning and implementation experience • PowerShell Scripting Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of Systems Engineer experience. • Bachelor's degree with major coursework related to Computer Science; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Possess Certification(s) related to the technologies and skills listed in the Skills and Abilities section of this posting, such as. o MCSE: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate o Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate o Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate o Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
