Description Our distinguished client located in Solana Beach is in search of an Assistant Personnel Officer. This individual will play a significant role in managing HR-related duties and developing efficient personnel procedures.Responsibilities:
Assist with management of the hiring process.
Conduct orientation programs and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
Develop personnel policies and procedures.
Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of personnel policies, programs, and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar field.
Experience in a relevant position.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
