Description Position Summary : Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a customer centric environment. Responsible for maintaining the pricing integrity of our store through adherence to company guidelines and polices.General Purpose : Customer Service, Basic selling skills, Merchandising and retail operating standards, Pricing Integrity and accuracy to ensure compliance with the State of California Pricing Laws.Role Qualifications? Must exhibit exceptional customer service at all times in all interactions and communications with customers, fellow associates and management? Able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs based on changes to pricing? Utilize operational interactivity to comfortably connect with our customers, understand their needs and present solutions? Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns? Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean area? Adhere to all company policies procedures & safety standards? Perform other related duties as assignedBasic Requirements:? Convey appropriate product and services knowledge? Able to engage and speak to customersPreferred skills and experience? Customer service experience in a retail environment?
