Whether you’re looking for seasonal work or the career of a lifetime, join us today to reach your peak.Job Summary: Performs skilled maintenance work in many of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, equipment operation, cabinet/ countertop/ trim/ drywall installation, HVAC etc. Has a knowledge of proper tool usage associated with above tasks. Provides recommendations for improvement of work methods, safety, materials, and tools. Assists in training and instruction entry level staff. Typically has a minimum of 4 years experience . Perform necessary clerical duties for the job and able to read blueprints. Pay range $18-$24 hourly+benefits.Requirements:Preferably 4 years of experience in the maintenance field, or a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of maintenance.
Performs a variety of tasks including shoveling, snow removal and other resort based operations.
Quality guest service and communications skills are a must.
