No 3rd party agencies!Support analytical projects including offline research, data analysis and interpretation, data preparation, and validation effort- Develop automated data checking/gathering mechanisms for an internal KOL database and various analytical projects supporting the client's portfolio (Therapeutic Areas Represented: oncology, neuroscience, immunology, rare disease, ophthalmology, etc.)- Implement prioritized areas and develop codes to automate data checking/information gathering efforts- Project management, weekly communication, participate in working sessions, as well as manage dependencies across various projects/internal teams (including offshore/India teams included)

  • This individual is responsible for the specifications, acquisition, loading, and delivery of data for ongoing analysis and repository of information into the expert portal.
  • Responsible for the production of data collection specification documentation Defines specific data handling strategy.
  • Collaborates with team members to agree on vendor expectations for the collection and transfer of data
  • Reviews and refines data loading and QC process.
  • Supports ongoing data pull/merge analysis and associated data manipulation and clean up for assigned projects and tasks
  • Responsible for configuring the data loading tools based on data collection specifications
  • Receives, uploads, confirms and communicates status of data into an accepted file format
  • Performs verification and resolves data transmission, file format, and loading errors with data providers
  • Coordinates and plans sub function activities to meet program-level deliverables and timelines
  • Collaborates with Data scientists to define integrate ML codes and data collection standards for project deliverables.
  • Effectively communicates ideas, project goals, and status of work and can present to senior management
  • Proactively develops solutions to complex problems requiring the regular use of ingenuity and innovation
  • Sets targeted time frames for deliverables and anticipate potential scenarios that may result in timeline delays; able to influence and negotiate a positive outcome
  • Proactively develops contingency plans to reduce the impact of risks that may occur, to analyze the effectiveness of strategies, and to monitor and review risks
