The Salesforce Developer or Architect will have a mix of advanced technologyand strategic business partners. This role requires both broad and deeptechnical knowledge of Salesforce. This role ensures the selectedarchitecture fits existing, planned and external architectures beingdeployed with Salesforce. The Salesforce Developer or Architect is aligned with Advanced Technologymanagement and is responsible for implementing software architectures thatare consistent within a larger Enterprise Architecture direction. In thatcapacity, the candidate must be able to provide all levels of design neededfor the solution (including infrastructure, application, and business),mentor and lead development teams, and occasionally participate in thedevelopment of technically challenging portions of the solution. Responsibilities may include: 1. Analysis and Design - Conducts fact gathering sessions with users. - Consults with Technical Managers and Business Owners to identify andanalyze technology needs and problems. - Participates in group application design activities. - Performs data flow diagramming and/or process modeling (codearchitecture). - Independently design, configure and implement Salesforce software andmodules. - Some development will be required for shared services and components ortechnically challenging areas where the skills of an architect are needed. - Providing senior management with process and design recommendations. - Architectural decision-making. 2. Strategy Alignment - Works with the other technical team members to continually improveimplementation strategies, development standards and other departmentalprocesses and documentation. - Provides technical assistance and mentoring to lower level SoftwareEngineers. - Communicates plans, status and issues to management on a regular basis. - Adheres to department standards, policies, procedures and industry bestpractices. 3. Production Support - Identify problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds. - Work with other Technology departments on integrated system support, asrequired Requirements: 10+ years of enterprise consulting experience, includingimplementation experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and guide technicalresources from third party implementation partner(s). 5+ years of experience as a Senior Architect in a mid to largesize organization with Salesforce Cloud development 10 or more years of progressive, broad-based IT experiencesuccessfully implementing complex IT applications and / or developingefficient effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems. Strong communication skills, Creativity in problem solving withina team environment. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce CertifiedSolution Architect to serve as a Trusted Advisor, drive conversations withBusiness Enablement Stakeholders and advise diverse teams, which includecustomer and partner resources in technical and functional delivery aspectsat a program level Deep Salesforce Service Cloud product knowledge and call centerimplementation experience, especially on Force.com, Apex, Visual Force(Pages, Component & Controllers), Workflows, SOQL, SOSL, etc. In depth knowledge of SFDC application along with experience insuccessfully expanding on those capabilities using custom code (APEX) and/orintegration with external systems. Demonstrated Experience in establishing CI/CD Salesforce pipelineusing technologies like SFDX, Git, Jenkins/Capado, Codescan/SonarQube,Metadata APIs, ANT tool etc. Demonstrated Experience in OAuth, SAML, etc. for the SalesforceImplementation. Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulatingprogram/project strategies on enabling technologies including the SalesforcePlatform. Troubleshoot (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other associated appsand tools) key customer implementation issues and demonstrate ability todrive to successful resolution. Ability to partner with domain architects to develop the end toend solution architecture including application, infrastructure, data,integration and security domains. The ability to manage and prioritize tasks and the tasks of otherseffectively and efficiently.Vacancy expired!
