What you'll be doing:Manage Shipping teamMaintain and organize all outgoing shipmentsMaintain WMS/ERP ProgramsUnderstand ALL shipping policies and procedures

What you need to be successful in this role:Management experienceSense of UrgencyStrong technical skillsExtensive knowledge of eBay and Amazon selling platformsAbility to learn/manage shipping type softwareKnowledge of inventory managementSolid communication skillsWorking experience with Avectous (WMS Program) and ShipWorks are desired but not requiredGood working experience with Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft word and PowerPoint
