Immediate need in the Stockton area.Â
Duties
Process biweekly payroll
Ensure accuracy of payroll documents and resolve any discrepancies
Generate payroll direct deposit file
Generate and distribute any payroll reports
Follow up on employee inquiries
Prepare special checks as required
Requirements
1 year of hands-on experience directly related to payroll
Strong computerÂskills, including word processing and spreadsheet programs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
Ability to detect and avoid errorsÂ
Must be able to type and useÂaÂ10-key calculator efficiently and effectively
Experience with McKesson (preferred)
