Responsibilities
Perform check in and checkout task
Provide excellent customer service
Manage online and phone reservations
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Inform guest about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Maintain awareness of the property’s soundings throughout the shift
Multi task and be pro-active in taking on other task
Qualifications
Basic computer skills
Be able to handle various guest interactions
Ability to work independently in meeting guest needs and prioritize and organize work
Customer service attitude
