Local Calibration Lab is in need of a pick up and delivery person who can also provide great customer service as well. This person must possess fantastic people skills, be reliable, have a clean driving record and have a good knowledge of the whole bay area.
Summary:
The pick up and delivery person is responsible for transporting equipment to and from customer and vendor locations around the bay area.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8-4:30 Driving and Mondays and Fridays in house working with customer service and warehouse duties.
Essential Duties:
-Delivers equipment to customers and some vendors
- Picks up equipment from customers, and vendors and manage receipts and paperwork
- Loads and unloads equipment to and from company owned van
- Ensures that customers receive the correct products
- Operates company owned van to deliver and pick up equipment
- Data entry
Job Requirements
- Some customer service and driving experience a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, negotiate stairs, ability to work in warehouse environment
- Ability to deal effectively with customers and vendor personnel
- Team oriented, dependable and a can do attitude
- Submit a MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
