Part time position - measure estimator for flooring installation contractor (will train)

Our company has been in business nearly 20 years. We are a flooring installation contractor. We are looking for someone serious who wants a long term position (we have employees with us nearly 20 years) to drive their own reliable vehicle to residential homes (south to Modesto area and east to Livermore, Tracy and possibly Antioch/San Leandro) and measure the rooms the customer wants measured, create a drawing, take photos and input calculations into our system. No selling involved. Average measure takes 30 -60 minutes in home + calculations and data input into system another 30-60 minutes + drive time. All paperwork and calculations must be sent in same day as completed measure. We will train you.
Perfect job for someone retired or partially retired, who wants some flexibility but also long term reliable income.
Once you are trained, job is very nice. No need to come into our office, travel to customers homes and meet new people, ability to have some weekly flexibility on your schedule.

Pay is $70 per measure (+ additional travel for distant measures - will discuss details)
Bonus $25 per measure for any measure you completed that sells (incentive for you to take your time and answer customers questions, etc.)
Average weekly pay ranges from $600 - $900
Anywhere from 8 - 15 measures (typically no more than 4 per day)
Customer info in our system (you need to check system daily for new measures)
