Cleaning Crew/Dirt Hunters are responsible for the upkeep, janitorial services and floor care of a Community, that has a Office Areas/Card/Billiards/Diablo room/Computer Learning Center & Reception, Restroom/Locker Rooms/Shower Areas, Lobbies/Hallways/Public Corridors/Elevator, Kitchens/Café/Coffee/Break Stations/Vending Areas, Workout Areas/Track Area/Aerobic Centers
Great Supplemental Income (up to 15.00 hr) Part time/Full time Must Have Reliable Transportation Dependable Communicate in a Professional environment
LOCATION: Rio Vista, Ca 26 miles and 30 minutes from Stockton, Ca
Responsibilities and Duties
The duties of a Janitor include but are not limited to the following responsibilities and other job assignments:
Clean restrooms
Replenish restrooms
Empty trash
Empty recycle bins
Clean desks where applicable
Clean tables in rooms
Vacuum offices, common areas
Clean interior glass
Dust partitions, cabinets and vents
Mop floors
Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling and kneeling while cleaning
Strong attention to detail required
Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
Must be flexible in hours and days available to work, normal work week Mon - Fri. Weekend work required as work load demands and customer request. AM & PM shifts ava
Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.
Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing/pulling and kneeling while cleaning
